Damaged, defective, wrong or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, doesn't work, or isn't what you ordered, we'll replace it or refund you. To make a claim:

  1. Record a video while opening your parcel. Start with the sealed package and keep recording until the product is out and you've checked it.
  2. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and the unboxing video.
  3. Once we've verified the problem, we'll arrange a replacement or a refund.

We need the unboxing video to confirm the problem with our shipping partner. Without it, we may not be able to process your claim.

Not covered

  • Change of mind, or ordering the wrong item for your vehicle
  • Damage that happens after delivery or from misuse
  • Claims made more than 24 hours after delivery

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few working days to show the money in your account.
